We are very sad to announce the passing of Nicole Martin on April 10, 2024 at only 42 years of age. Nicole was a vibrant, loving, and caring individual who gave her true self at all times to those in her life, be they family, friends, or a person she just met.

When she was not giving her all to her career as a legal assistant, Nicole valued quality time with her family and friends. She always enjoyed her time spent at the family camp during the summer, her weekly lunches with her Father, dining out with her Husband Dan, shopping and hair appointments with her Mother and Grandmother, and the playful relationship she maintained with her Brother. Nicole absolutely adored her two fur babies Sadie and Roxy, especially on their nature walks with her Husband, and at bath time!

Nicole is survived by her husband Dan Arsenault, parents Daniel and Lenore Martin, brother Shaun Martin, grandmother Eleanor Ladychuk, uncle Eric and aunt Debra Johnsen, cousins Lindsey and Carrie Johnsen (Mike), and family members in Southern Ontario. Nicole was predeceased by all three of her grandfathers, Edward Johnsen, Russel Martin and George Ladychuk, as well as her grandmother Verna Martin.

In accordance with Nicole’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, and notice will be published in the Chronicle Journal.
