THUNDER BAY -- How do you think the region’s hospital can be improved?

That's what the Patient Family Care Advisory Council for the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre wants to know for the hospital's development over the next five years.

This time around, they are aiming to more than double the responses from their last strategic planning survey by offering it online.  You can take the survey on tbnewswatch.com here.

The last time it was put out, around 400 responses came in.  Advisory Council Co-Chair Keith Taylor says a lot of good has come out of past surveys, and have helped them to recognize important areas for improvement.

Taylor says they have found that sometimes, the people they serve know more about what they need.
