THUNDER BAY -- Police are looking for suspects in a pair of weekend convenience store robberies.

On Sunday, just prior to midnight, a pair of males entered the Red River Road Mac's Convenience Store, one making a fist before taking an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say they searched the area, but did not find the suspects.

About four hours later the Mac's location on Cumberland Street was robbed by a man wielding a knife. Once again the suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money and police were unable to locate the wanted man after a search of the area.

Anyone with any information about the two robberies are asked to phone police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
