THUNDER BAY – City police are investigate a crash that led to one vehicle coming to rest in a homeowner’s front lawn Thursday.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers, along with Superior North EMS paramedics, responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash shortly after noon at the corner of John and Rupert Streets.

Police believe a man driving a blue van collided with a woman in a silver van.

As a result of that crash, the blue van came to rest on a residential front lawn.

Both vehicles suffered some damage, but police said only minor injuries were reported.

The investigation continues and police at the scene said charges are likely pending.
