Federal Liberal Party leader Michael Ignatieff is expected to make a Thunder Bay visit later this month.
Sources with the party say the federal Liberal leader is scheduled to stop in the city on Oct. 28.
The visit is as part of Ignatieff’s Open Mic series of meetings, taking place across the country.
Party sources also say the itinerary for the visit is still being finalized.
Ignatieff's last trip to Thunder Bay took place in May.
