22 is not a youth, how is this guy protected under the young offender act?

Not trying to justify it but I'm pretty sure they won't name an adult in a crime if it could potentially reveal the identity of the young offenders.

I realize there is a 22 year old in custody. He is NOT protected under the young offender act, however the 6 youths that were arrested ARE. Citizen asked how the 22 year old was protected under the YOA. Follow ALL the comments and questions and try to keep up.

If you seriously think you and I or our government run the world you are mistaken. It is all controlled and manipulated by lies and deceipt by the new world order a.k.a Illuminati.
Get over it regarding the bent poles.
If you want to blame the kids and over 18 adults for crimes and stupidity blame yourselves the parents as you raised them and you chose what they watch on tv and what video games they play and how they are brought up. The problem is the parent unit and the so called government taking away most parent's rights at discipline since the last 70's.

The 22 year old man was the victim and is NOT in custody. He was charged on another unrelated incident, and was released the next day. His home was broken into by 6 youths that attacked and beat HIM!
