THUNDER BAY -- New data from Statistics Canada shows December’s inflation rate was down from the month before.
Numbers released Friday by the government agency shows the Thunder Bay area had an inflation rate of 1.3 per cent in December. That’s down from the 1.9 per cent recorded in November.
The provincial rate of inflation was at 1.9 per cent in December.
Meanwhile, the national rate of inflation was 1.5 per cent in December.
