A Banning Street resident is going to have to find an alternate means of transportation after a fire heavily damaged a minivan in a driveway on Monday night.

Firefighters arrived at around 10 p.m. to find the vehicle's front-end engulfed in flames, but quickly managed to put the fire out before it could do similar damage to the adjacent house.
