Tbaytel networks came back online Monday after service blacked out to customers west of Upsala over the August Long Weekend.
The company said damage sustained to fibre infrastructure leased from a third party caused the service interruption in all cases but Gull Rock and Perrault Falls.
Customers in Dryden, Red Lake, Sioux Lookout and Kenora experienced interruptions to HSPA Mobility, wireline and Internet services between July 31 and Aug. 3.
Service is expected to be restored for Cloud Lake, Ryan and Minaki near Kenora once work is completed on Aug. 6.
