Susanna Maria Danenas (nee Toner) passed away April 19th, 2024 peacefully at home with family by her side.
Born in Castlewellan, Northern Ireland May 22nd, 1928, daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Toner (nee Lavery). Susanna immigrated to Canada in April 1957 and shortly after met her soon to be husband Joseph (Juozas) Danenas and was married on December 29th, 1959, until his passing in 2015.
Susanna is survived by her children, sons Peter, James, Joseph, daughter Susann, her only grandchild Patrick along with her and many nieces and nephews. She was the last of the loving Toner siblings; sisters Joan, Rosaleen, Clare (Barney), Margaret (Maureen), Patricia (Patsy), Philomena (Phylis), and brothers James (Jim), Gerard (Tibby), and Joseph.
Her place was prepared and her room ready in our Father’s mansion so it was her time to go. She has been received into the loving arms of those who have gone before her. She is now at eternal peace with our Lord and family.
