OPP seek 17-year-old woman

KENORA, Ont. – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old.

Ontario Provincial Police say Latoya Assin was last seen on Aug. 1 at 8:30 p.m. on Pire Lane in Kenora.

She is described as an Indigenous woman standing five-feet-five inches with a slim build. She has brown eyes and long black hair.

She was last seen wearing a black tank top and black sweat pants.
