At Bistro One, our mission is simple: we serve food and drinks that reflect the seasons, producers, and personalities of the people preparing them.
For over twenty years, we have served the people of Thunder Bay with upscale, refined food. In autumn 2019, Bistro One was purchased by Gallant Corporation. Under new ownership, the restaurant underwent a complete reimagination to create an inviting, modern space while maintaining its original roots.
Centered around seasonal produce our talented team of Chefs are continually creating new dishes incorporating local products, as is our Sommelier with a bespoke beverage menu.
Join us for lunch, where the dining experience is relaxed, perfect for a business meeting or spending time with friends and the menu features light and casual bites. Our dinner experience boasts a warm atmosphere that can complement any occasion. The dinner menu features shareable appetizers, mouth watering mains and more.
