Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We are actively seeking a driven and resourceful individual to join our organization as a Personal Insurance Advisor on our Support Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Personal Insurance Advisors in processing daily client requests for routine policy endorsements, updates, cancellations and will be responsible for logging all business activities.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need:
- Effective communicator, who is both dependable and punctual and has the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of trust and integrity while dealing with private and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Obtain a license as a registered insurance broker in Ontario
