About the Role
As Chief Executive Officer, you will set the strategic direction and operational foundation for the organization, ensuring stability while advancing a vision for decentralized, community-based service delivery. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for evaluating and strengthening existing services before considering expansion, aligning with the Chief’s directive for local, culturally relevant care.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust, the Chief Executive Officer will balance administrative responsibilities with a strong commitment to direct service delivery.
