Office & Sales Coordinator
Fit Bodies Fit Minds is seeking a new team member in the role of Office & Sales Coordinator. We are looking
for an energetic, organized and efficient individual to support our growing business.
General Job Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, Wellness Living database and fitness and retail purchases
Build knowledge of the services of Fit Bodies Fit Minds
Customer service- address or direct client inquiries with appropriate staff
Respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence
Draft and edit reports, letters and other documents
Coordinating logistics for meetings and events
Operate and maintain office equipment and ensuring office supplies
Provide weekly and monthly reports
Quarterly bookkeeping and data entry
Present a positive and professional image for the organization
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with sales is considered a strong asset
Payroll and bookkeeping skills. Simply accounting knowledge beneficial.
Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft products
Good verbal and written communication skills
Energetic individual, able to work effectively in a fast-based environment.
