What You'll Do
As an AZ Driver/Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations, combining driving duties with shop assistance to support our projects. Your responsibilities will include operating various trailers and heavy equipment, conducting basic vehicle maintenance, and assisting with yard logistics. This role requires flexibility, as it involves travel and potentially overnight stays, to meet the project needs.

Who You Are
You are a highly skilled and adaptable individual with a valid AZ license and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. You have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and are comfortable with travel requirements. With excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, you are ready to contribute to our team's success.

Minimum Requirements
Valid AZ driver's license
At least five years of driving experience, preferably with transporting heavy equipment
Proficiency in vehicle and equipment maintenance
Ability to operate various trailers and heavy equipment
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
Reside in or willing to relocate to Thunder Bay
Clean Driver's Abstract
Completion of a Criminal Background Check

Bonus Requirements
Experience in the construction industry
Additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation
Prior experience in logistics and yard management
