**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of tour guides and staff, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement engaging tour experiences that highlight local landmarks, history, and culture.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote tours and enhance the company’s online presence.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing training and support as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
