Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time)
Reporting to: Sr. Operations Manager
Job Description:
Supervising nightly restaurant operations in one of the finest dining establishments in Northern Ontario:
• Ensure customers are enjoying their meals and willingness to correct any issues that arise
• Works closely with other team members to ensure that prompt and exceptional service is provided at all times
• Provides excellent customer service to all guests
• Maintains a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Education & Qualifications:
• No experience required – great opportunity for hospitality students starting out
• Willingness to develop and learn in their journey in hospitality management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Great organization skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
