Professional Guide - - Must be IGA/ACMG Certified
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: • 2-3 years experience as a Professional Interpreter • Knowledge of the Canadian Rockies nature, history and culture • Professional Interpreter (IGA) or Mountain Guide (ACMG) certified • 40-hour Wilderness First Aid Certification • Degree or diploma in related field an asset • Experience in all-season guiding
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Lead custom guided hikes, walks and interpretive programs for hotel guests • Promote environmental stewardship of the park in all programming • Ensure safety of all participants during tours and activities • Work collaboratively with various hotel team members • Administrative duties to support programming
