Im currently looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment for april or may.
Our price range is under 1800 if its plus utilities and 1800-2000 if utilities are included.
What we are looking for in a home is
-1 parking spot
-2 or 3 bedrooms
-east or west end or ontop the hill.
(Ideally a washer and dryer on site or hookups would be preferred but i was told its not common in the ssm) so its not a huge priority.
We are open to living anywhere up from wellington like up john st in that area, around north st or st andrews ect, that part of downtown just dont want to be anywhere under wellington downtown and down towards queen.. Basically anywhere up from wellington st to great northern would is fine too.. also willing to live on wellington east past east st and wellington w past the underbridge (i am open to looking at apartments downtown if its a decent place at a decent location with decent neoghbours but im trying to avoid bed bug infested neighbours and addicts..

We are currently living in kirkland lake ontario but my mother in law got sick so we wanted to be closer to her and beable to go beable to see her often at her elders living center.
My husband works in the gold mine near timmins 1 week on 1 week off so he will be gone half the month. We have two children ages 9 and 11, but the 11 year old lives with his dad full time and we only get him 1 weekend out of the month and during holidays. So its technically only going to be for me 1 child and my husband.
We have previous renting references and monthly income statements in needed.
