THP Variety
The owners of this project are young, busy entrepreneurs who wanted to have a house constructed next to their business and contacted ModBox as they enjoy the modern look that shipping container dwellings bring to a property. Located on Fort William First Nation the dwelling is constructed of 3 – 8’x40’ containers with a footprint of 960 square feet. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a walk-through closet, den, modern kitchen, living room and a mechanical room.
Pikangikum First Nation
Modbox was hired by Pikangikum Education Authority to provide durable, safe and modern housing for their teaching staff throughout the school year. We manufactured these 5 homes in just 90 days before shipping them up the winter ice roads. This project consisted of 2 – 2 bedroom homes and 3 – 1 bedroom/studio homes.
