On Saturday, April 27, Thunder Bay has a diverse array of events to offer. The day begins with the Thunder Bay Finnish Canadian Historical Society commemorating its 50-year anniversary at the Thunder Bay Museum at 8:00 am. Later in the morning, at 10:00 am, people can participate in World Tai Chi Day at the International Tai Chi Park or visit the Thunder Bay Farmers' Market. In the afternoon, the Thunder Bay Museum continues its educational sessions with "An Introduction To Indian Day Schools In Canada," "Ukrainian Matrix," and "Science North Our Climate Quest," all starting at 1:00 pm. In the evening, music enthusiasts can enjoy performances by the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, including various packages and shows like "Select 8," "Select 6," "Select 10," "The Piano Men 2" starring Jim Witter, and "Bhangra & Beyond," all starting at 7:30 pm. For those who prefer karaoke, options are available at Norteños Taqueria at 7:30 pm and at the Proz! at 8:00 pm. Additionally, Black Pirates Pub offers live entertainment starting at 10:00 pm. For those interested in theater, Magnus Theatre presents "Lyubov…for the Love of Dance," and the Thunder Bay Museum hosts the "Memoirs Made Easy Course."
