Ashlee Burton is the driving force and visionary behind the Green Dream Team/Helping Hearts.
Under her leadership, they removed over 300 bags of garbage and over 2,000 used syringes from our community during the summer of 2018 and now that the snow is flying, her group is responsible for the neighbourhood Blessing Boxes that have begun to be installed throughout the city.
Her kindness and compassion for those less fortunate and her desire to make Thunder Bay a better place for all its residents are just a few things that make her a Holiday Hero.
