This year I would like to nominate a wonderful woman, Nancy Murray.
She is a wife, a mother of two beautiful daughters and a woman who never stops. When we first met she was a vice-president at a local legion branch, where she volunteered countless hours to help keep a place where we celebrate veterans and their sacrifices operating.
Over the last few years, she has switched her focus to help different organizations in need throughout town. Through planning and organizing craft and vendor shows she has been able to provide aid to organizations such as our kids count and the RFDA.
I can probably go on forever about how this woman amazes me daily. Whether it be the family cooked and served meal at the Dew Drop Inn over Christmas holidays, her perseverance to teach a more healthy eating lifestyle or even taking the time to make cupcakes because our 6-year-old was going to a new school.
I look at this beautiful woman and am thankful I get to love her every day. In all honesty I just wanted more people to know how amazing she is.
