THUNDER BAY — A Thunder Bay family has received an early Christmas present.

Andrea Dunning, a 48-year-old mother of two, collected $250,000 in OLG's Instant Cash Out Multiplier game.

Dunning said she was in disbelief when she realized how much her ticket was worth.

"I had three other people look at my ticket to confirm I won," she said.

Dunning called the win "life-changing."

The early childhood educator plans to pay off her mortgage and install a hot tub.

She bought her ticket at Cressman's North End Variety on Shuniah Street.
