City police are looking for the man who robbed a convenience store with a needle early Tuesday morning.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the suspect entered the Mac’s convenience store at 745 Simpson Street at about 2:20 a.m. on July 2.
The man threatened the store’s employee with a needle and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. The employee was not injured as a result of the armed robbery.
Police say the suspect is described as a Caucasian man around the age of 25. He stood about 5’11” and weighed about 180 pounds with a medium to slim build. He has short black spiked hair with a black mustache and goatee.
He also had a cut above his right eye with a white square band aid on it.
Police say he wore beige shorts and a black T-shirt with a white design on the front at the time of the robbery.
He was last seen running southbound on McKenzie Street.
