THUNDER BAY — Gateway Casinos will keep their Ontario locations closed until at least Friday as it continues to address a cyber-security incident that arose last weekend.
The company issued a statement on Wednesday evening stating that its casinos, including the one in Thunder Bay, will remain closed.
Gateway said there is not any evidence that personal information has been affected by the incident, and that privacy officials have been notified.
A previous statement from the company earlier in the week said their Ontario casinos would be closed "for the coming days."
The casinos have been closed since the issue was discovered last Sunday.
