THUNDER BAY -- A convicted sex offender already facing sexual assault charges against four minors has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting an intellectually disabled man.
Ronald John Fossum is facing new charges of sexual assault, breach of probation and failure to comply with an undertaking.
He’s been remanded into custody and is expected to be back in court on May 27.
Police are asking anyone with further information to come forward and contact Thunder Bay Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
