THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay Chill exacted a measure of revenge against the only team to defeat them this season.

The Chill picked up a 2-0 away win over Rochester FC on Thursday night, picking up a full nine points in this week's three-game road trip.

Brandon Bermingham and Karim Pare each scored in the first half to power the red-hot Chill to their seventh straight victory.

Thunder Bay (7-1-1) remains at the top of the USL League 2 standings, collecting 22 points from their first nine games. The team's lone loss came against Rochester, a 2-1 decision at home, on June 2.

The Chill return home next week, hosting FC Manitoba on July 5 and Minneapolis SC on July 7.
