THUNDER BAY — How do residents rate the quality of paramedic services in the city? Do they feel they're getting good value for their tax dollars?
The city is seeking public feedback about Superior North EMS within municipal boundaries as part of its asset management plan surveys.
The short survey consists of seven questions, with the last one asking what changes would be welcome to paramedic services.
In a news release from the city, project manager Amy Coomes said the feedback will be helpful for future planning.
"This feedback allows us to better understand people’s experiences and concerns so we can manage our infrastructure effectively to meet current needs and plan for future requirements," said Coomes.
Surveys are available for Thunder Bay Fire Rescue, Superior North EMS, Recreation and Culture and Parks and Open Spaces.
The survey, which can be accessed through the city's Get Involved website until Jan. 31.
