THUNDER BAY – The City of Thunder Bay is looking for the public’s input on its recreation and culture services through an online survey.

The feedback will be used to help shape the asset management plan, which the city uses to inform decisions about services related to infrastructure and assets.

The information gathered will highlight priority areas for improvement and investment.

“Gathering feedback on what levels of service are expected from the infrastructure owned and operated by the city is an important part of developing the asset management plan” said Amy Coomes, project manager, in a news release. “This information helps us to better understand people’s experiences, concerns and needs, and how to manage our infrastructure to address those concerns and meet those needs, while also planning for the future.”

The survey can be accessed online until Nov. 15.

Paper copies are also available at Thunder Bay Public Library branches.

Results will remain anonymous and the surveys take about five to 10 minutes to complete.

To request an accessible format of the survey, contact Coomes at amy.coomes@thunderbay.ca.
