THUNDER BAY — More charges linked to child pornography have been laid against a city resident.
Earlier this year, 35-year-old William Joseph Daniel Hubbard was charged with possessing, distributing and accessing child pornography after turning himself in to police in May.
The Thunder Bay Police Cyber Crime Unit continued its investigation and has since laid more charges against the accused.
On Monday, police laid further charges against Hubbard:
- Luring Person Under 16 Years of Age by Means of Telecommunication
- Make Sexually Explicit Material Available to Persons Under 16 Years of Age
- Making Child Pornography x 2
- Voyeurism
After appearing in court on Tuesday, Hubbard was remanded back into custody with more future court dates.
The charges have yet to be tested in court.
