THUNDER BAY -- The winter weather advisory that was in effect for Thunder Bay and the surrounding area has ended.

This morning, Environment Canada said up to five more centimetres of snow could fall as heavy snowfall moves through the region.

Motorists were advised to use caution on area roadways, and to expect reduced visibility.

Student Transportation Services has advised parents and schools that some bus routes could face delays as a result of the snow.
