City under extreme cold warning

THUNDER BAY -- The cold temperatures continue in Thunder Bay, which is now under an extreme cold warning.

According to Environment Canada, wind chills could dip as low as -40 C. At 12 a.m. on Tuesday, the mercury has plummeted to -24.7 C.

The warning is in effect until Tuesday morning.
