City under severe thunderstorm watch

Damaging winds, large hail and torrential downpours are all possible, according to Environment Canada

THUNDER BAY -- Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the City of Thunder Bay. 

According to the national weather service, conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms on Tuesday, which could lead to damaging winds, large hail and torrential downpours. 

Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms today.

The main threats are damaging winds, large hail and torrential downpours.
