THUNDER BAY -- Highway 61 has re-opened between Arthur Street and the Harbour Expressway.
A collision had closed a section of Highway 61 during the morning commute.
According to a release from the Ministry of Transportation, the highway has re-opened.
There is no indication of the nature of any injuries at this time.
