City clerk John Hannam will be asking city council next Monday to make the switch from papers to electronic versions of agendas starting Jan. 1, 2013.

Council agendas, at times can be as large as 170 pages, contain numerous reports, resolutions and deputations for councillors to look over.

The recommendation is for both city council and the committee of the whole.
