THUNDER BAY -- The victim of a homicide on the city’s north side has been identified by city police.
According to a Thunder Bay Police Service media release, the victim whose body was found by a passerby near a north side hotel early Tuesday morning has been identified as 37-year-old Tanya Andy of Thunder Bay.
The case became a homicide investigation and police arrested 32-year-old Ashley Mary Potson on Wednesday evening, less than 48 hours after the victim was located.
The investigation is ongoing
