THUNDER BAY – An outbreak of COVID-19 at Hogarth Riverview Manor, Spruce Grove Resident Home Area is now over.
The outbreak declaration was made earlier this month after TBDHU identified four individuals with COVID-19 and determined that the transmission had occurred at the facility.
The Thunder Bay District health unit announced the end of the outbreak in a release Friday.
“Prior to the outbreak, significant measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of transmission of the virus within the facility,” the agency stated. “Expanded precautions were implemented for the duration of the outbreak.”
