COVID-19 outbreak declared over at Hogarth Riverview Manor

Outbreak in Marigold (5 North) area was announced Jan. 5.

THUNDER BAY – A COVID-19 outbreak at the Hogarth Riverview Manor long-term care home has been declared over by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

The outbreak, declared Jan. 5, impacted the home's Marigold Resident Home Area (5 North).

Outbreaks were later declared in two other areas of the home, Daffodil (1N) and Birch/Spruce Grove.

The only current publicly disclosed COVID-19 outbreak in the district is at Pioneer Ridge, in the Plaza 1 area, according to the health unit's website.
