Early morning fire deals extensive damage

THUNDER BAY -- An Algoma Street business sustained extensive damage after a blaze broke out early Monday morning.

Thunder Bay Fire Rescue crews responded to a structural fire at Frank's Laundromat around 1 a.m.

Firefighters arriving on scene found heavy smoke and flames.

The fire was brought under control, but the fire and smoke damage was extensive.

This investigation is ongoing.
