THUNDER BAY -- Environment Canada is warning Thunder Bay residents to bundle up.
The government weather agency says a period of very cold wind chills is expected Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Wind chill values near -40C.
Temperatures are expected to moderate Thursday afternoon.
