THUNDER BAY – Wake the Giant is bringing back a pre-party event aimed at helping to build a student residence at Dennis Franklin Cromarty High School.

Feed the Giant, scheduled for Sept. 14 at the Lakehead Brewing Company, will include pizza by Subdivision, barbecue by Zach Keesig of Naagan and treats from Richmond Station, Prime Gelato and cold beer from the brewery.

There will also be an exclusive art display by artist Tim Tait and a lineup of music acts throughout the evening.

"We believe this is going to be the best version of FTG we've done yet," said Hayden Johnston, the event organizer.

Tickets are $100 and available through Eventbrite.ca.

Wake the Giant, featuring Deadmau5, Dean Lewis and X Ambassadors, is scheduled for Marina Park on Sept. 16.
