Fire breaks out at Richardson Terminal

Smoke could be seen pouring from the top of the industrial structure Sunday afternoon on the Thunder Bay waterfront.

THUNDER BAY – Firefighters spent Sunday afternoon battling a fire that broke out at the Richardson Terminal grain elevator.

Smoke could be seen pouring from the top level of the structure as emergency crews doused the hot spot with water.

There’s no early word on the cause of the fire, how much damage was caused or if anyone was hurt in the incident.
