THUNDER BAY – Fire crews were on scene Tuesday morning at a travel trailer fire on North Cumberland Street.
Thunder Bay Fire Rescue responded to a travel trailer fire just before 4 a.m. on the 300 block of North Cumberland
According to a release, first arriving crews reported a fully involved fifth-wheel trailer close to a large structure with flames lapping upon the building.
Fire crews evacuated the building as a precaution, and once the fire was deemed under control the occupants were let back in.
The fire was quickly knocked down and all danger to the nearby building was mitigated.
The trailer was searched and no persons were found.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but not believed to be suspicious in nature.
