It appears no one was hurt Sunday night when fire swept through the second floor of a Picton Avenue home in Thunder Bay.

Flames were visible when firefighters arrived at dusk on Sunday at the two-storey home, but they quickly extinguished as crowds of onlookers gathered along the quiet north-end street.

Fire officials said it was too early to name a cause for the blaze and it is currently being investigated by both fire and police.
