THUNDER BAY — A late-night traffic stop on Highway 11/17 in Thunder Bay resulted in multiple charges against a resident of Fowler Township.
OPP officers on patrol spotted a speeding vehicle, and pulled the driver over at 12:30 Monday morning.
The 27-year-old man now has a court date next month on a charge of impaired driving.
He's also charged under the Highway Traffic Act with speeding, failure to surrender a driver's licence, and driving a vehicle with an open container of liquor in it.
In addition, the man received a 90-day administrative driver's licence suspension and had his vehicle impounded for seven days.
