The City of Thunder Bay Solid Waste and Recycling Facility will be closed for Good Friday.
The facility plans to close on Friday, April 2 for the holiday. Garbage collection, normally picked up on Tuesday, changed to Monday for that week. Other pick up days have changed as well, Wednesday to Tuesday, to accommodate the day off.
The Solid Waste and Recycling Facility reopens on Saturday, April 3 from 8 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. and Monday, April 5 from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
