THUNDER BAY - Gas prices are on the rise in Thunder Bay, with rates reaching as high as $1.219 a litre for regular unleaded at multiple local stations Monday.
Prices elsewhere in the city ranged as low as $1.116, according to GasBuddy.
The hikes come in the context of rising prices provincially and nationally.
Average prices in Ontario have jumped from $.0.971 a month ago to $1.029 Monday. National figures had gone from $0.998 to $1.041 in the same period.
