A 34-year old woman is facing impaired driving charges after an early Saturday morning crash on Nelson Street.
Officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the collision took place around 1:30 a.m. as the alleged impaired driver attempted to pass an ambulance.
The driver ran into a parked car during that attempted pass.
The driver also struck the ambulance before ending up in the yard of a house in the 200 block of Nelson Street.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the crash, but significant damage to the three vehicles and the house.
